Also known as Silly Assessment Test

A few more weeks until SATs !

SATs is really stressful so follow the top 5 ways to cope with stress. These are:

1) Be active and Exercise

Exercise will reduce some of the emotional intensity that you’re feeling, clearing your thoughts and enabling you to deal with your problems more calmly.



 2) Take control of our self

Always stay positive. If you say I might fail and get bad results, your stress will only get worse.



3) Interact with people


A problem shared is a problem halved. A good support network of friends and family can ease your work troubles and help you see things in a different way.


4) Have some ‘me time'
 

Have a break an often as you want to so you can take your mind of the SATs.


5) Do not be negative 

Think of the good levels you can achieve and try not to think of the ones you cannot.
